Lying Incline Bench Bent-Over Raise – For Shoulders

This is what you need to do: grab a pair of dumbbells and lie face forward on an incline bench. Let your arms hang down below you palms facing each other. Raise the weights out to your sides until your arms are parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position and repeat. Do as many repeats as you can and, if it gets too easy, increase the weight of your dumbbells.
